When the grinding wheel is not rounded, vibration lines will be formed on the saw blade base, which will affect the shape and position tolerance of the saw blade;
The use of CBN grinding wheel: After dressing, the abrasive grains and the grinding wheel surface are flat, and now there is not much cutting force; the initial grinding is set to the same amount of feed, and the cutting speed is half of the normal one. Each saw blade is ground. For the matrix, the speed of the knife is increased by 500 until the normal speed of the knife is reached; in this way, the CBN abrasive grains gradually emerge from the carcass and can be used normally.
Comparison of the effect of CBN grinding wheel and brown corundum grinding wheel:
Wheel knot: Use 80#CBN grinding wheel to replace No.46 corundum grinding wheel, 150#CBN grinding wheel to replace No.80 corundum grinding wheel can get a good finish.
